Tyvok Spider X1S Guides and Manuals

Install the Laser Head
- Insert the laser head into the guide rail and tighten the fixing handle.
Install the Laser Head Cable
- Insert the 20W Laser Head Cable Connection.
- Install the air pipe.
- Insert the 10W Laser Head Cable Connection.
- Install the Wi-Fi antenna.
Install the Standard Frame
- Assemble the two X-axis and the Y-axis, and tighten the screws on the sides.
- Install the acrylic blocks.
Install the Risers
- Attach the four risers to the T-nuts.
- Install the T-nuts into the bottom slots and tighten the risers.
Adjust the Frame
- Loosen the set screws inside the synchronous wheel of the machine body.
- Place the machine body on the frame rails, adjust the positions, and fit into the grooves.
- Push the machine body towards the frame’s bottom.
- Tighten the set screws inside the synchronous wheel.
